legs and i wasnt in pain. Yippie
So I have to be a little picky when i do my leg work outs because of my knees but I think i have figured out a way to get a good work out without the pain.
some weird standing hamstring curls not a fan of this machine. I can handle more weight with the ones where you lay down.
I would like to be able to do some squats but I might have to wait a bit, last time the pain was too much. But its important that i dont skip working out my legs.
