BB Squats
2x12@35 / 2x10@40
single leg extension (pos 6)
2x12@20 / 2x10@25 / failure @ 20
single leg curl
12@15 / 12@20/ 2x10@25 / failure @ 20
rotary calf
12@72.5 / 3x12@80

3x25 seated twists; leg raises; crunches

have really felt it in the legs today; only wish i could have done my glute machine but time was short
