Legs and abs.

Felt really good to be back at the gym.
Experts say that weight training stimulates the brain and it's true, I was starting to feel a bit depressed, but after my workout I felt alot better. I guess the ceratonin kicked in.
Heres what I did.
20 minutes snow shoveling before getting the truck out of the driveway.
4 sets leg extensions
3 sets outer thighs machine
4 sets db straight leg deadlifts
2 sets twisting crunches
2 sets Hanging machine leg raises
15 min cool down on the upright bike.

Feel really good.
