5 min warm up (Felt lazy)
4sets leg extensions
3 sets single leg extensions
4 sets Dbell straight leg deadlifts
2 sets crunches with 25lb bbell
2 sets cable crunches
25 min LI cardio
Held on to the handrail as I went down the stairs leaving the gym. The legs were wobbly!
Gotta love it.
