4 sets Smith machine Squats
3 sets single leg extensions
4 sets leg presses

@ sets hanging machine leg raises
2 sets hanging leg tucks
15 min cardio.
Gym was really busy for a monday morning, but got a good leg workout anyway. had to do some soinning while waiting for the leg press machine.
