Squats 135x10, 185x8, 205x6, 225x6 (Been about a month since I have done squats. I didnt go heavy because I did not want to injure myself)
Hack Squats 185x10, 295x8, 345x6, 345x6
Barbell straight leg deadlifts 65x10, 85x8, 105x6, 115x6 (I do not like to go real heavy on these, I am still familiarizing myself with this exercise and I do not want to get injured)
Abs all 2 sets of 25
Hanging leg tucks
Oblique crunch
Leg raises
Twisting crunches
