Legs, Abs, and Crowds

This is why I loathe going to the gym at night. The place was packed. You could hardly move. It must've been the monthly "Member Party" since the staff was hawking the free pizza and cake they had for us. Pizza and cake? Dude, wtf? I am going to have to start dragging myself up at 5 and going like I used to do. There's also one woman there who frightens me. She runs from one machine to another, talking to herself, and not doing anything right. All the while, slamming down multiple Diet Cokes and counting everything out loud. Very odd. Anyway, here's what we're all here for:
Warm Up on Treadmill: 5 minutes 4mph 3% grade
Single Leg Ext: 55X12 60X12 65X10 70X8
Machine Hamstring Curls: 70X12 75X11 80X6 85X4
Hanging Leg Raises (I HATE THESE): 9 and 8
Bent Over Twists: 2 sets of 15
Seated Leg Tucks: 15 and 12
25 minutes on treadmill with the Alpine Pass Program at 3.7mph and a 12% grade. Listened to a favorite REM album "Life's Rich Pageant."
