Well, the decent feeling continues in the gym. I don't know if it's eating right, the exercise, being more comfortable there, or what. I had another fine time, for me anyway.

Warm Up on Treadmill

45 degree Leg Press: 180X12 270X10 360X8 410X6 270X12
(wobbly legs here)
Seated Leg Ext: 70X12
Lying Leg Curls: 75X12 10X80 80X7 85X5 70X9
Standing Calf: 140X12 190X10 210X8 230X6 140X9
Seated Calf: 220X7
Stability Ball Sit Ups: 5 sets to failure with 0, 5, 8, 10& 10lbs
Side Crunch: 1 set to failure.
