Legs

So today's workout was much better than yesterday's. I did it completely different than ever before (so change is a good thing). I began with legs and went on to abs then went to cardio. I'm feeling good, then only problem for me is the eating part. I just get so hungry in the afternoon. But oh well, hopefully I can train my tummy to not want anything. I try to snack but a banana doesn't hold me over. And I definately love my carbs!!!
