did a pretty good leg workout. However, my stiff legged deadlifts dont feel as normal as they did back in the day. I feel it a lot more in my back. I think i do better when i use dumbbells so i will try that next time.

5 min treadmill
leg press
15/60,20/170,20/170
kick back machine(not sure what its called)
15/20,2-20/30
stiff legged deadlifts
15/45,2-20/65
smith machine calf raises
2-15/65
seated calf raises
2-15/45
leg press calf raises
2-15/170

overall a good workout. worked up a sweat on those kick backs, YIKES!
