Only had time for legs today. A bit rushed but turned out a good workout as I'm really feeling it today.

BB Squats 2x12@30; 2x10@35
Ham Curls 2x12@20; 2x10@25
Extensions 2x12@20; 2x10@25
Rotary Calf Extension 2x12@65; 2x10@75

Don't have my log in front of me but I think that was the numbers. Disappointed I didn't get to do the rest of my workout (delts/abs) but I'll get that done in the next day or so. Felt I could do slightly more weight but want to do the reps fairly slow and not just rock them out.
