Legs

Ugh...got to admit, I just wasn't into it last night. I went home and fell asleep on the couch at 6:30pm! Woke up at 7:30 and drug myself to the gym. The one good thing is the girlfriend is going on a regular basis now. She has an appointment with a personal trainer Saturday morning. Well, here goes almost nothing:

Warm Up on Treadmill

Leg Press: 200X12 290X10 380X8 440X6 290X12
Leg Ext: 75X12
Seated Leg Curl: 60X12 70X10 80X8 90X6 75X12
Standing Indiv Leg Curl: 25X11
Seated Calf: 180X12 200X10 200X8 220X6 200X10
1 Leg Calf Raise: 90X9
Stability Ball Crunches: 3 sets of 20
Leg Raises: 2 sets of 15
