Whatever was bothering me over the weekend seems to have passed. I think I had an excellent leg w/o yesterday. I felt pretty strong for a fat kid. Here goes:

Warm Up on Treadmill
Leg Press: 12X180, 10X270, 8X320, 6X340, 12X230
Leg Ext: 12X45
Lying Curls: 12X65, 10X70, 8X75, 6X75, 12X65
Seated Reverse Ext: 9X75
Standing Calf Raise: 12X180, 10X230, 8X250, 6X250, 12X180
Seated Calf Press: 11X150
Ball Crunches: 12, 10X5, 8X8, 6X10, 12
Side Crunch: 12

I've lost a belt loop, so that's good. Plus, a girl at rehearsal last night said my legs were lookin' good. I walked away only slightly embarrassed. I haven't gotten on the scale, nor do I really want to now.
