Legs

Okay, why are my legs always stronger than my upper body? Probably because they have to carry my fat a$$ around all day. Anyway, I was surprised by how I didn't seem to lose that much strength in my legs. Here goes...

Leg Press: 12X180, 10X270, 8X270, 6X320, 12X180
Leg Ext: 12X45
Lying Leg Curls: 12X70, 10X75, 8X75, 6X80, 12X65
Seated Downward Leg Curls: 12X60
Seated Calf: 12X190, 10X200, 8X215, 6X215, 12X205
Standing Calf Raise W/DB: 12X25
Crunches: 5 sets of 12 holding 5-10lb weights
Side crunches: 1 set of 12 no weight

The diet part seems to be going well, too. Hey, I get to eat every three hours! What could be better? Wish I wasn't so sore....ugh.
