Yesterday I did legs. Today is a rest day - I like to make my rest day the day after legs, because I usually find I'm a bit too fatigued to do even a good cardio session.
However, today I feel not too bad.
Somewhere along the line I stopped adding dextrose/maltose to my PWO whey, I think it was to cut calories, anyway, after reading the essays BB1 posted, I've started again, and I think this may have made all the difference.
Dumbell lunges: 6.5x12 , 9x12, 10x10, 10.5x8
Hamstring kickbacks: 12,12,10
Single leg calf raises: 12,12,10,8
Seated leg tucks: 10,10
Leg raises: 10,10
