Leg Time

One day I want to do actual squats without the aid of the Smith machine. But, it concerns me a bit with the back and all. I should post the question. I know people here are always glad to help. Anyway, here's what happened yesterday:
Squats: 140X12 160X10 180X8 200X6 140X9
Leg Ext: 80X9
Lying Leg Curls: 75X12 80X10 80X7 85X6 75X9
Standing 1-Leg Curls: 25X7
Seated Calf: 901X12 115X10 135X8 160X5 115X9
Leg Extended Calf Raise: 170X8
Stability Ball Crunches: 20 15 15
Floor Crunch: 15 15
Side Crunch: 15 (each side)
Good news is the gf is enjoying her time at the gym. She's only using machines now, and the cardio stuff, but I'm happy she has started.
