Leg day and ......like gelly again

4 sets db lunges
4 sets machine hamstring curls
2 sets Hanging machine oblique tucks
2 sets cable crunches

30 min on the E machine
and not to forget 75k (46.5miles) on the bicycle yesterday. feeling really good about the accomplishments.
