Leg Day

The gym is deserted this time of year. That's good and bad. Good because I don't have to wait for someone to finish up with something I need...bad because January is coming and the "first o' the year" people with be there.
Anyway, on with the show...

Usual Warm Up

Squats (I hate these): 140X12 180X10 200X8 220X6 140X12
Leg Ext: 75X9
Lying Leg Curls: 75X12 80X10 80X8 85X6 70X7
Standing Lg Curls: 25X9
Seated Calf: 115X12 140X10 150X8 160X5 140X8
Calf Press: 170X11
Decline Bench Sit Ups: Various heights 5 sets until failure.

In good news, I have talked the gf into coming to the gym with me. She wants to lose some weight, and I have to be supportive. Besides, I think it gets me a free month.
