need to get better at posting these logs on the day i do the exercise. anyway this is for friday 2/24/6
Smith Machine Lunges 12x50, 12x70, 10x70, 12x90
Barbell Squats 12x45, 12x65, 12x65, 12x70
Reverse Calf Raises 20,12,12,20
Crunches 10x10,10x10
Seated Leg Tucks 10x0,10x0
Had some muscle cramps on 2 middle sets of calf raises up in my hip area. Went away in last set... no idea.
Was a very sore puppy on saturday.
