Late In The Gym

Over two hours waiting in line to vote yesterday. Got to the gym in the last hour before it closed. Anyway, except for my recurring back problem, I felt great.

Warm Up: treadmill for 6 min

Leg Press: 12X180, 10X270, 8X320, 6X340, 12X180
Leg Ext: 12X45
Lying Leg Curls: 12X70, 10X75, 8X75, 6X80, 12X65
Standing DB Deadlifts: 12X25
Seated Calf Raise: 12X125, 10X135, 8X140, 6X145, 12X125
Standing DB Calf Raise: 6X25 (Stupid lower back!)
Crunches: 12X10, 10X10, 8X20, 6X20, 12X10
Lying Leg Raises: 12

I'm feeling better (except for the back thing) and the diet hasn't been a problem either. Today is cardio. Thank goodness.
