saving this here for record. My last weeks results...

Fri: Did an hour of weight lifting. Legs, calves, and abs. Did not track diet

Sat: Did 30 mins of cardio on exercise bike.
1930k (calories), 197p (protein), 197c (carbs), 33f (fats)

Sun: Shoveled snow for about an hour and a half. Stayed around house all day so not much else exercise.

Mon: Did little over an hour of weight lifting. biceps, shoulders, back, and abs

Tues: Painted ceiling of basement. Not sure if this counts as cardio but certainly wore me out

Wed: hour of weight lifting. Chest, triceps and abs

Thurs: did HIIT training on treadmill for 25 mins. Ate very small dinner which is why cal counts are low.
