Smith Machine Lunges 12x70,12x70,10x90,8x100
Barbell Squats 12x65, 12x85, 10x85, 8x85
Machine Standing Calf Raises 12x150, 12x240, 12x260, 12x300
Hanging Oblique Tucks 6x0,5x0
Hanging Leg Raises 7x0,4x0
Good workout. I'd like to get my squats and lunges higher on the weight but still working on form. I also really need to improve my grip strength so i can do my hanging exercises better. As for my calfs i dont know where to stop. i keep adding weight and i keep doing the raises. 300! wow thats alot.
Well thats it for me this week. Going to try to go running tonight as its a beautiful day. I'll start my new program week after next. Probably going to have a leg focus. lol then im thinking chest and arms for one after that as that will be the time shirts come off :)
