So I almost didnt go to the gym last night. Finally at 9 I convinced myself to go. I think that is the hardest part. Once I am there I feel good and I am motivated.
I did my usual work out thing. Warmed up for 10 min on the precore and burned what it said was 141.5 calories.
I also walked for 25 minutes on a tread mill. I burned 161 calories and walked 1.41 miles.
I think I have another goal. I want to be able to run a mile in 10 minutes. Yeah thats proabably still a long time to run a mile but I have never been able to do that. Maybe I should quit smoking. That might help.
Cant go to the gym today. I have bowling league, then I am going to Adams Morgan with the girls.
Please give me the will power not to get a jumbo slice pizza tonight!!!!
