I've got a 5 day course next week that's going to be physically and mentally challenging. I only hope I can get through the first two days

abductor: 8x60/12x55/16x50
adductor: 8x60/12x55/16x50
curl: 8x60/12x55/16x50
extension: 8x60/12x55/16x50
press: 8x100/12x90/16x80
calves: 3x15

push down: 8x20/12x15/16x10
kickback: 8x5/12x4/16x3
overhead x/tension 8x5/12x4/16x3

ball crunch: 3 x 15
bicycle kicks: 3 x 15
reverse crunch:: 3 x 15
