Last chance for predamage control...

I'm glad Wednesday is the one workout day I have to time to complete the entire thing in the a.m.

Did a better ab workout this time:

3 sets crunches on the ball with 8 lb. weighted ball superset with oblique crunches; 15 per set

hanging leg raises--3 sets 15

machine crunches: 3 sets 15, 55 lbs.

35 minutes on the elliptical; 7 minutes on the bike! Just in the nick of time...one minute later, my Ipod battery died.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving to all who will be celebrating! Remember...Thanksgiving is one day. After tomorrow, toss everything but the turkey. Yeah, okay. :-)
