Keeping it up!

Well I have had a hard time keeping it up. 
Finding time while the kids are sleeping or distracted and I can get infront of the computer screen.... It's been frustrating but I am still feeling the burn! 

I did walk on Wednesday - missed my workout Thursday and Friday though.. 
But I woke up when my husband was called into work at about 4  ..and I am feeling greeatt!! .... I love the feeling .. and I really want to keep it up because  I WANT RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - I also understand this takes time! 

So first week of exersizing = complete - missing a few though - Next week the goal is to get some exersize every day - be cardio or home workout! 

I can do this!!! I really really really want to feel good and look good again!

Right now - stay-at-home mom = goal -- Trophy wife! hehe
