Just out of the spin cycle...

That's what they call the class at 24 HR -- 24 Spin Cycle. It was not as grueling as the spin classes at the studio I used to go to, but still a good solid cardio workout. We got there 30 minutes early to reserve a bike. My partner wanted to workout during that 30 minutes. I put my foot down...No!!! I did the class and got out. And...I'm done for the week!!!
