Jello legs

Well, after doing the ride on Saturday, I didn't feel like resting today.
Heres what went on.
Started working out at a new gym today. Much bigger, alot more cardio machines (that I never even used, or know how to use),
and the one I did, I couldn't get my 375 calories out. I normally did 30 min 375 cal but this one here is going to make me work harder. I pumped out 200 cal in 20 min, but only accomplished 1.75 miles. Great peice of equipment.
4 sets DB squats
4 sets leg press machine
2 sets lying side leg raises
2 sets hanging leg tucks.
It's really hard to go down the stairs today!
