Hi,

Today is Jan, 26, 2012 and I was just out of it after my workout and went home and slept for 2 hours.
It was a light workout but I got up at 7am and worked out till 10am,30mins treadmill and 180 Mix Abs and Back workots.
Yesterday I was able to max out on leg press at 810 pounds and hopefully will be able to do more soon.
My arms are a lot weaker at only 210 but I feel I can do more but I just dont seem to be able to push myself to do it.
Tomorrow is from 10am till 1pm hopefully I feel better tomorrow.
