Flat Bench

10x135 8x185 6x205 4x225 (triceps gave out)

Barbell Curls

10x65 8x70 Geez 6x80 5-3/4x90

Power Clean & Press

3x95 3x115 3x135 2x150

Barbell Rows

10x135 5x150 3x185

Squats

5x135 5x185 5x205 3x225

Very weak compared to the last time I did these exercises. Not quite understanding it; I really need to get back into a routine. Endurance strength has always been good, but I was wearing out fast, real fast.

Confused as hell on the bench press; wasn't to long ago, I did 4x300..Like 2 weeks...Impossible to lose that much; I will try it all again Sunday.
