It's time.

So today is the first day I begin the At Home workout. I'm still pretty nervous, but much less pumped. I'm sooo tired. But I'm going to try my hardest at this. My goal is about 180 pounds. The lowest I've been able to get is about 183 and that was from basically starving myself. Then I realized that starving myself can't put on muscle. So I'm trying to eat relatively healthy, which is hard because the school food is terrible, and exercise. Wish me determination, I'm going to need it.

Just remember - muscle weighs more than fat. If you are adding muscle and losing fat, there are times when you may actually gain weight here and there. Don't get discouraged and don't focus too much on the number on the scale. If you see your clothing getting looser, your strength and endurance going up and you feel great, these are the best ways to measure your progress. Good luck you'll do great! Eating healthfully and exercising are then best ways to lose weight and keep it off.
