feeling good today. had an excellent workout.

Barbell Squats 12x75,12x95,10x115,6x135
Leg Presses 12x140,12x160,12x180,10x200
Reverse Calf Raises 20x0,15x0,15x0,15x0
Hanging Machine Leg Raises 12x0,12x0
Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises 20x0,20x0
Machine Assisted Wide Grip Chins 12x105,7x105,10x95,8x85

i need to think about getting some weights i can strap to my ankles for soem of these ab exercises. Getting to a point i have to do more reps...

very excited about my barbell squat and leg press. i think there was even more muscle to go a little higher on both. need to push it a bit.
