Went to the gym this morning for my shoulder and back routine and let me tell ya. It was hard to stick to it. Global fitness has 2 gyms and the one i dont go to had some plumbing problems or something so they moved all their equipment to the one I go to. Eeek! There was so many different machines, It was Awesome!!!! I wanted to do everything! This morning It was just me and another couple. Im hoping that the crowd doesnt get to large, but with all the different types of machinesI should be able to handle it. Yaahooo!!!!
