It's crunch time ...
I have been so busy lately with preparing for my parents visit. Exercising and Diet have both suffered because of it. I've decided to crack down on things a bit for the next 3 weeks. I will work out at least 5 days a week and stay within my 1500 cal. per day, so God help me!!! No excuses! It will be tuff but I know that if I really want to I can do it!
