Got my a$$ out of bed at a decent time to do some HIIT before i went to work.

After work:
5 min of basketball warm up
4 sets of incline dumbell press
4 sets of flat bench dumbell press
4 sets of incline dumbell flyes
2 sets of leg raises
2 sets of ab crunches
