and I decided to play 5 a side football. It was a pre-arranged game with the guys from the shift - we're trying to get a semi-regular game (as regular as you can get on shifts).
Anyway, roasting hot day, the sun was out and I managed to last the full hour. However, must admit after 40 mins was dead.
