Tomorrow's is Day 1. Yesterday went through my fridge, got rid of the bad, only filled with one week's worth of good. Eggs, oatmeal, chicken breast, spinach, salsa, tuna, brown rice, coffee. My fridge and pantry are so empty! Iphone tunes ready, running shoes, socks, sports bras. Still need running tights (man, they are expensive). I'm a social workout type. Always played team sports (volleyball at Pepperdone, beach vb, gym rat...) never really an on-my-own type, but that's the situation I'm in right now. Hopefully I'll stayed fired-up enough to get back into killer shape by the summer and decent shape for spring break vacation. Goals:
#1: This is my LIFESTYLE for me and my son (no matter where we are forced to live).
#2: I want my abs back and I don't care how old I am.
#3: I will compete on stage. Not sure what my body-type is best suited for. I'll tackle that when it comes up.

Here we go...
