Is it ever gonna get better?
Headache, cramps, crapy mood,..... you name it, I had it, and let me tell you, it's not getting any easier to drag myself to the gym. Tomorrow it will have been 3 weeks since I started my new routine and I still don't have any real results to show for it. I noticed my pants were getting tighter a few days ago, so today I measured and sure enough my bottom half is getting larger (again). Grrrrr, the only parts that have truely gone down in size are my upper arms. Everything else is back to the size it was 3 weeks ago or in some parts larger. Now the only way I can explain this is that either the fact that I'm bloated from my period has something to do with it, or I'm building muscle faster than I burn fat. I am following a very healthy diet. The huge change in my activity level and workout routine should have *thrown* me of my plateou by now!!!! And now it's moving in the wrong direction. I just can't believe that all this hard work and turning down all the yummy treats is doing so little for me. I am sooo very frustrated right now, here I am working my butt off, going to the gym no matter what, and I have nothing to show for it. (Sorry guys for complaining so dang much, I just had to let it all out :-)
