Is it EVER gonna get any easier?
I had a chocolate meltdown yesterday, which made me go way over my caloric intake :( Didn't learn from that mistake and had some more today (grumble) I've been having the hardest time to get motivated for my workouts, I asume it's stress and all that sugar weighing me down. I almost didn't workout at all today, it took all I had left and then some.
30 min. cardio (eliptical trainer)
-3 min. warm up
-24 min. moderate/high intensity
-3 min. cool off
