So, I decided to start working out, again. For some reason I had just stopped and didn't care about ever starting again. It was a pretty scary feeling. I have never felt like this before. I would stray away from my workouts, but I would always miss them and had a want to get back into it. For some reason that was gone and I don't understand why. Well, finally this morning I forced myself to try. I have been doing some soul searching and although I still don't understand where my motivation went, I understand that the jiggle I'm starting to get bothers me and I have to do something about it. I do eat fairly healthy. I wish I had the dedication to meal plan. I try to buy lots of healthy options and cook home cooked meals made of real, natural foods. I don't diet though, and do make gravy and cook with bacon grease sometimes. Lol ... I'm from the south and it's a staple, I can't help it. I do use it sparingly and did buy some coconut oil to use for the most part. I never really eat out or indulge in sweets very often. My guilty pleasure is popcorn. Not just any popcorn either. Lots of butter and lots of it. I know, it's horrible. Anyways, my main concern is finding a workout program that I can feel results. I am 5'10 and 135lbs give or take. I am getting older and really want to tone my body and get rid of the little belly I have started to get. I have always had troublesome knees and for some reason don't have flexibility in them very much. It's weird because my thighs and hips are very flexible but behind my knees is really bad. I can't straighten my legs in some positions, so finding workouts that don't hurt my knees is hard. I have a really hard time finding a routine that fits me. I tend to be all over the place doing multiple workouts trying to find good ones and it tends to leave me feeling discouraged. I feel like I'm not really able to target my problem areas and working them like I want.

So, I looked to the good ol' internet and stumbled upon this site. I set up a workout to start tomorrow, as I already stumbled through what I could today and am now enjoying a smoothie I made consisting of spinach, pineapple, cantaloupe, cucumber, carrot, local honey, and chia seeds. (see I try!!!) Lol... wish me luck tomorrow. :)
