Intro

I'm 177lbs and i'm trying to get to around 140lbs.
I'm not setting a deadline as I always find I get too stressed and I think it will be better for me mentally if I just go along at my own pace. 
It's been 3 days now since i've begun this change and so far its going pretty well.
I've been using a mix of online workout schemes, the treadmill, wii fit and luckily I have a dog so that means I have someone else motivating me to get out of the house. 
I'm writing these 'FLog's to try and keep me motivated throughout this journey.
