Yo, I'm Cal, and welcome to my FLog, or whatever they decided to call this record of my attempt to get fit.
So, I signed up today, planning my workout instead of finishing my French assignment. Truly an inspiration, I know.
I'm doing a lot of this by myself, with some words of concern from my mother, who's scared that I'm starting some fad diet that will possibly mess up my system, which, I am not, as I am way too apathetic and unmotivated to try one of those
Anyway, this will be a record of my journey into getting fit.
