I'mmmm Backkk...

Well had a good week off. Did not lose any weight did not gain any weight. Only went to gym once for some running cardio and went for a jog once outside.

Got back in the gym today and to be honest its nice to get things back to normal. Had a good workout. I bet my arms will hurt tommorow as these feel like jello today.

Wide Grip Machine Pulldowns 12x80,12x100,12x110,12x120
One Arm Dumbbell Rows 12x20,12x30,12x35,12x40
Smith Machine Bench Press 12x90,10x90,12x70,10x70
Standing Lateral Raises 12x12.5,12x15,10x15,8x15

Wide Grip Chins 105x12, 85x12

Weight on wide grip chins is body weight minus counter weight from machine. It is my hope to one day do a pull up so going to be tacking that on whenever i can fit it in.
