Crap; I have been around sick people 24/7 for the last 2 weeks. I upped the micro's, ate clean and healthy, am even taking in herb that boost the immune system. Now this is so frustrating. I will continue to do the above, drink more liquids, and try to sleep a little more. Damn!!!What a way to go into the weekend. I don't know what's worse, being sick, or listening to the smartasses say; "See Mr. Health Nut, no matter what you do, you get sick too".
