I'm ready to do this!
I have already lost about 40lbs since May '05, but for the last 2 months I've stayed right at 200 - 202. I know something has to change. Starting Monday I will go from a 3 day a week workout routine to a 5 day a week workout routine. Thanks to this site and all the great people on it I'm actually excited about it. I'm also adjusting my diet. ......I can do it!!!
