I'm Back!!

Alright!

Back from sunny Florida and back on to some serious training! 

Gym night tonight: 
  • Pull ups to failure with no weight added, 7.5 DB, and 10 lbs DB over and over and over and over until I couldn't do one pull up on my own.  
  • T-bar with 35 lbs until failure ( 5-7 reps X 5).
  • Had a ADD session at the bench press (up and down and down and up with weights).
  • Gave the 35 lbs DB a try for overhead press - 2 reps!! :P


2 gym sessions tomorrow:
  • 6 am: focusing on pull ups and bench again
  • 7:30 pm team workout (2 hours of as close to an out of body experience as I can get)


Thursday - 15 k city run

Friday - Shiatsu massage :) 

Saturday - Taking Monique out for a spin!
