I'm back!

Back from my weeks sports and exercise medicine course (which was excellent)
I managed an elliptical session, 2 half mile swims and 2 rounds of golf while I was away but no weights.

On sunday when I got back I did 40mins (including warm up and cool down) on the elliptical

Yesterday I did chest/delts/ticeps/wrists and core in the morning and 25 mins on the stepper (with 10mins warm up and cool down on the bike)

I have just got a new book about designing your own exercise program which shows examples of how to build up cardio training and it has occured to me that although I plan my weights sessions quite well, my cardio is a bit haphazard, so I'm going to give this a bash.
