contemplated working out this afternoon, but opted to sit on sofa feeling nauseated++ instead. However, this evening I felt much better and thought I'd give it a try
Incline dumbell press: 4kgx12, 6.5x10, 9x8
Flat bench Dumbell flyes: 4kgx12, 7.75x10, 9.5x8
lateral raises: 1.5x12, 2x10, 2.75x8
lying x face tricep extention: 2.75x12, 4x10,5x8
wrist curls: 1.5x12, 2.5x10, 4x11
reverse wrist curls: 1.5x12, 2x10,2.5x8
then did three core exercises, which I don't know the names for - 1 for transversus abdominis, 1 for multifidus and one for quadratus lumborum
I've never realy done core exercises before, so no doubt I will find out tomorrow whether I was doing them properly or not!
Feels great to get back to the gym :O)
