What a difference 45 minutes makes. I went to the gym last night at my usual time. It was packed, so I went off to get an oil change for the car. 45 minutes later I came back and it was almost deserted. There weren't tumbleweeds blowing through the parking lot or anything like that, but there were a lot less people. Anyway, here's how it went:
7 minutes warm up treadmill at 4 mph
Straight Bar
Bi Curl 45X15 50X12 55X10 60X8
Dumbell Curl 15X15 20X8 20X8 20X7
DB Preacher
Curl 15X15 20X12 20X10 25X8
Assisted Dips
(what the assist
was set on) 20X12 19X8 18X6 17X5
V-Bar Tri

Rev Grip Tri

45 seconds rest between sets 1, 2 and 3. One minute between sets 3 and 4.
*I really dislike this exercise and will find something else. I feel it puts undue strain on my wrists.
I am starting to feel connected to myself when I'm working out. I like the feeling of whatever I am working out getting bigger (if only temporarily) while I'm doing it. Tomorrow is shoulders and abs. Two of my many weak areas.
