I should publish a book

Did a 5 minute warm up and I am trying to isolate my cardio workouts to my off days. Still teh schedule looks a little shaky, but I will stabalize it.

Did my start up stretches. One of my goals is to be able to reach my feet and so far I have about 1 inch to go compared to 3 inches about two weeks ago. I am stretching religiously everyday. After I reach my feet, I will aim for the floor. I can actually almost reach my feet already, something I have never been able to do as long as I have lived. COOL! :)

Smith Machine Incline Presses: 12x60, 12x60, 10x60, 7x60 (My last set I need to get to 10 reps before I go up to 70lbs in weight.) Hopefully the next time I do this exercise I will get there.

Machine Flat Bench Press: 11x80, 6x80, 5x80, 4x80 (I went up in this exercise from 70 to 80.)

Standing Cable Curls: 12x50, 12x50, 8x50, 6x50 (The next time I do this exercise I should be able to rock it and push my last 2 sets to 10 reps and go up on weight.)

Cable Curls with Preacher Bench: 7x30, 4x30, 4x30, 3x30 (In this exercise about all that changed was the first set. I did 3 more. I am guessing that by the time I get to this exercise my arms are already tired, not sure. But hoepfully on the next date I do this exercise I can see improvement.
